If you have special dietary requirements, serious allergies or mobility restraints, please let us know before you register. Please note, we may not be able to accommodate all needs.
Scent free policy: Due to some attendees having severe allergies and/orenvironmental illness, we ask that personal hygiene products used at the Convergence be fragrance-free.
 

After the payment process you will be sent a participant email form to print out and fill out, to bring with you to the Convergence.

Basic shelter-Rustic Cabins – shared accommodations, bunks with pads (bring own bedding), no heat no electricity. Tent Cabins

Offsite accommodations. Convergence fee adjusted for program and meals, to compensate for offsite accommodations: $380.00

(The early bird discounts expired July 24th.)

We encourage participation in the full program but if you
absolutely can attend only one day, the day rate is $175.00.

We are expecting that some limited financial assistance will
be available in exchange for practical assistance leading up to and
during the event. Please  address your request for financial
assistance to Becca Strople at beccastrople@gmail.com. Replies will
take time to process.

Cancellation Policy: In order to meet our expenses for the event:

-For cancellations prior to Aug. 20, full refund minus $50 admin Fee.

-For cancellations Aug. 20-Sept 8, full refund minus $100 admin Fee

-No Refunds after Sept. 8

If you are ready to register please select your choice from the Accommodations Menu below and then click the PayPal “Buy Now” button. If you don’t have a PayPal account don’t worry, Paypal will sign you up and take you through a simple, secure process so you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or direct from your bank account.

If you wish to register without using Paypal:

Include your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address and your accommodation preference.
(There may still be a few spaces available in the Lodge).
Then please send cheque or money order to either:

The registrar will get back to you with forms to fill out and some questions about allergies and other needs.
